Obituary of Phyllis M. Keenan
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Phyllis M. Keenan, who entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at the age of 76. Phyllis was born on December 3, 1946, in her beloved hometown of Brooklyn, New York, to the late Joseph J. and Phyllis C. (Cavalier) Keenan.
Phyllis is survived by her beloved siblings, Joseph J. Keenan, Jr. (Jane), John J. Keenan (Lisa), and Kathryn A. Fackovec. She was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews, as well as a cherished presence in the lives of her grandnieces and grandnephews.
Her memory will forever live on in our hearts.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn, on Sunday, November 26, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on Monday, November 27, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, November 28, at 9:30 AM at Our Lady Help of Christians R.C. Church, 1315 East 28th Street, Brooklyn.
Following the service, Phyllis will be laid to rest in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, Long Island.
