Obituary of Edward Manassa

Edward Manassa, 89, entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 1, 2021. Mr. Manassa was born on July 13, 1931 in Brooklyn, New York. He is the son of the late Emil Manassa and the late Matilda (Betar) Manassa. Mr. Manassa has reunited with the love of his life, the late Norma Manassa. He is survived by his caring daughter Lila Manassa Murphy.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May Edwards's soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Reposing Friday, January 8 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Marine Park Funeral Home, 3024 Quentin Road, Brooklyn.

Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, January 9, 10:30 AM at St. Mark R.C. Church, 2609 E 19th St., Brooklyn.

Private cremation to follow.
